Soprano
Brigitta earned her Master’s degree in Vocal Pedagogy with distinction from the Zurich University of the Arts in 2017. She comes from a musically and pedagogically inclined family and has been passionately playing the piano since the age of seven. At the age of ten, she decided to devote herself to singing.
Already at the conservatory, she gained her first experience teaching singing and music theory, accompanying her classmates on the piano. Even then, she felt a fascination for teaching just as strongly as for singing on stage.
Brigitta views teaching as an exciting journey she embarks on with her students. Along the way, she aims to use her expertise to enable her students to reach their full potential. She finds it incredibly rewarding to meet so many different people with different voices, levels of knowledge, and personalities in her singing lessons – and to meet them where they are on their journey. When Brigitta sees her students’ shining eyes as they discover how cool and liberating singing is, as they notice their vocal progress, or simply boost their self-confidence by shaking off old inhibitions, these are absolute highlights for her. It’s precisely these moments that the singing teacher lives and works for with complete dedication and passion.
